Heidi's Winter Menu

I had the awesome opportunity to head over to Heidi's in South Minneapolis earlier this week. Chef Stewart Woodman is unveiling his winter menu which I not only got to photograph, but also sample. Here are a few of the many delicious new items I was able to try.
Seared Scottish Salmon, Ponzu, Wasabi Cream and Puffed Rice
Soft Poached Hen Egg with Savory Bread Pudding and Mint Pea Sauce
Anise Scented Lamb Shank braised tender to the bone
Scallion Spinach Sauce
Served on a bed of sticky rice
Whole Star Prairie Trout, "almodine" sauce , haricot vert
Banana Napoleon with Caramel Creameaux and walnuts
Now, doesn't that make you wish you had more than just a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast today? The winter menu is available now and is TO. DIE. FOR. So get there.
