Film is the new Black

Okay, really I don't think that, but I do appreciate the idea of going back to our roots, tradition, and the methodical ways of using a film camera, and film processing. It's amazing how much MORE excited I was to get this roll of film back than I normally am to go home and unload my cards.  It's so much more secretive.  How did the exposure look? was my focus sharp? is my 40+ year old camera leaking light?  That was the real reason I went to CVS and bought a shitty roll of in house film... to make sure my 40 (50?) year old camera was still in working order for a wedding I'm shooting this weekend.  I think the results are actually kind of sexy, and you can get a little unadulterated glimpse into my Thursday.

Nice shots, sweetie! Glad you are getting to use the camera (which is 40 years old) that all of your baby pictures were taken with.
